Making a Purchase
Browse our store, add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart then "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order. Please note that this will include a request for your date of birth which we will check using an online age verification agency. You should not order from us if you are under 18 years of age.

We accept most credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. When confirmation of order is received this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

In the case of price change or supplementary delivery charges are required due to additional weight we will always contact you to ensure that a price change is acceptable.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products – return them within 7 days in original condition and we will refund the price of the product. You will be liable for postage costs.

We guarantee your satisfaction. Should any of the products reach you damaged this should be noted on the documentation held by our courier. Claims for damages will be dealt with swiftly to ensure satisfaction. All items should be checked prior to signing the delivery documentation. Maltwhiskyonline.com cannot accept claims for damages if the courier has not been informed of the damage and noted it on delivery documents at the point of delivery.
